- Send a short “Request this trip” booking enquiry

Depending on the form, that may include:

- Phone or WhatsApp number
- Nationality
- Group size (adults and children)
- Travel interests, destinations, budget feel, preferred dates, and free-text notes
- Package or trip details you selected on our website
We may also receive basic technical information from your browser when you visit the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, and referral source. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
How we use information
We use enquiry and contact details to:
- Reply to your message and prepare trip outlines or quotes
- Confirm package interest, dates, and group needs
- Coordinate with guides, drivers, lodges, and local partners when you ask us to plan travel
- Improve our website and service based on common questions and booking patterns
- Meet legal, accounting, or safety requirements connected to a confirmed trip
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing lists unless you ask to stay in touch.
How long we keep information
Enquiry records are kept for as long as useful to continue a conversation, fulfil a booking, or meet record-keeping needs. If you ask us to delete an unused enquiry, we will remove or anonymise it where we are not required to retain it for legal or operational reasons.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No internet transmission is completely secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive documents through unsecured channels unless we agree a safer method.
